On behalf of my family, I would like to express my deepest, sincerest thank you to the staff and administration of Golden Gate Rehabilitation & Health Care Center for the devoted care of my wife, Frances.
When Frances was admitted to the Center in September we were immediately comforted in knowing that Frances was being well cared for. Upon arriving, Frances was on the second floor and was treated so well. Once thing to remember Frances by was her love of music. The nurses and staff knew this and sung one of her favorite songs to her -"I Just Called to Say I Love You" by Stevie Wonder.
After Frances moved up to the fourth floor, the nurses and staff continue to support her especially in her last days. My wife was respected. Our family felt comforted.
This letter is short as was the time Frances stayed at Golden Gate, but our gratitude to you for your care of Frances will last eternally.
My family and I would like to thank all of you for the wonderful care and attention you have bestowed on my aunt, Anisse, while at your facility. You were truly wonderful in making her fell comfortable and, also, by giving us the peace of mind that she is being well taken care under these difficult circumstances. We understand how difficult and demanding your job can be but you didn't let that stop you from being kind and compassionate. You have never complained about how difficult she was. On the contrary you adapted to her way of thinking and made her as comfortable as can be without questioning her reasoning.
Thank you all again.
Very truly yours,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for all the help and graciousness while I had my stay at your facility. The dedicated staff of nurses and aides on the second floor were all very compassionate, attentive and helpful to me. Special recognition to all of the wonderful staff that assisted me. I feel that my eventual return home was because of all of the staff at Golden Gate.
Many thanks for the special care my husband Joseph received at Golden Gate from June to March of last this year. The staff was wonderful to him. They were patient and kind. My special thanks to the nurses who were a part of his life everyday and the time they spent with me informing me of his good days and bad. They taught me to enjoy every moment. Thanks to everyone for their patience and kindness. I would highly recommend Golden Gate.
If he is ever in need again, I pray that he can come back to Golden Gate. Prayers for peace. Good health and happiness to all. Again, thank you for everything.
